Inviting or using Project Judy constitutes acceptance of these terms and the published Privacy Policy.
Users must meet Discord’s eligibility and minimum-age requirements. Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their community’s use of Judy is appropriate for its members and jurisdiction.
Project Judy provides Discord community features including AI interaction, ambient participation, moderation, leveling, image search, and server setup. Judy may adapt her conversational tone using server-scoped profile and relationship state generated from direct interactions.

Project Judy does not require Discord Administrator permission.
Users may not exploit, overload, reverse-engineer credentials from, interfere with, or use Judy for unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, or evasion of Discord’s rules. Automated abuse, attempts to bypass cooldowns or permission checks, and requests designed to expose credentials or private data are also prohibited. Access may be rate-limited or blocked to protect the service.
AI responses and image-search results are generated or retrieved automatically. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable. Users remain responsible for verifying consequential information and complying with content rights and platform rules.
Judy does not provide professional legal, medical, financial, emergency, or safety advice. Do not rely on automated output where errors could cause harm.
Moderation commands execute actions selected by authorized server moderators. Server owners remain responsible for role hierarchy, permissions, reasons, appeals, and compliance with Discord’s policies.
Judy is provided on a best-effort and “as is” basis. Features, providers, limits, and availability may change. Access may be restricted for abuse, security, maintenance, or legal reasons.
Judy operates through Discord and may use Google Gemini, Serper, Wikimedia Commons, and ACLClouds. Use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies. Project Judy does not control third-party availability, output, retention, or policy changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for losses resulting from use, inability to use, automated output, moderation decisions, third-party providers, or service interruption.
Administrators may remove Judy from their server or use /data_delete before
removal. Access may be revoked when these terms are violated.
